We attended the same farmers Market at Great Missenden as you today, we were selling fruit & veg. I bought a loin of pork from you with the intention of Sunday lunch being sorted. However I decided to cook it today. 
OH MY GOD what fantastic tasty & succulent meat. My husband (Peter) was drooling over the wonderful Crackling. Our dobermann Bella was doing summersaults, to get our attention for some meat. ( she did get a taster eventually :)
We have had your sausages in the past which have lived up to your good reputation for excellent meat.......... Long may you continue. Happy days for us !!"

Such a sizable cut, barely needed to touch the pan to be ready, melt-in-the-mouth tender and to have the taste that beef should have, and is so hard to find from more mass-produced stock. The kind that can bring back your faith in why steak is so marvellous."
